The free hosted Discourse doesn't allow direct importation of Mailman
history, but does allow importing a Discourse backup. So the process
involves setting up a "local" instance, importing the mailing list history
ourselves, and then creating a backup for the hosted service. I'm assuming
the same is true for phpBB?
