Hi Ho! I am a new user of Kannel, and therefore, I took the pleasure of reading the user guide :-) While doing so, I found things that I could improve. So, I got the CVS copy and started improving it. While revising, I also checked the relevant source files and standards that I can get.
This patch is against the CVS head, and I welcome any feedback.

Although I could send to devel-request at kannel dot org and got a
reply, I cannot do so with users-request at kannel dot org since
Kannel mailer daemon always rejects it with the above error message.
