Not any one in particular. It is just that some SMSc operators don't send DLRs to mobiles. A GSM modem is essentially a mobile phone with a SIM card.

All the drivers are under gw/smsc/. It would
help a lot if you could read the answers from the code, because there are
many fields to ask around.
