Hi Ho!

The following symbols are defined for the table:

? not yet investigated
y driver has this feature, and it has been tested
y? driver probably has this feature, has not been tested
n driver does not have this feature
N driver claims to have this feature but it doesn't work
- feature is not applicable for this driver

I have difficulty with `y', `y?', `N', and `-'.
Specifically, by looking at the source code, I can determine `the
driver has this feature' or `the driver does not have this feature'.

But, how do I know that a `driver has this feature, and it has been
tested' (y) unless I ask the devel mailing list whether the driver has
been tested?

For `driver probably has this feature, has not been tested' (y?), I
think to determine the `tested' part I can ask the devel mailing list.
But, how can I spot a `probable' part from the source code?
Specifically, if I find that the code has the feature, is it still
possible to say "probably has"? I think it is not, right?

For `driver claims to have this feature but it doesn't work' (N), I
think there is no other way than to ask the devel mailing list.

For `feature is not applicable for this driver' (-), I think either
there should be standard references around to determine that or ask
the devel mailing list.

So, I think a better way to update the table is by inquiring of the
devel mailing list.

What do you think?
