Peter, is it possible to set up long-term access to a POWER virtual
machine?  By this I mean, I want to create a cloud instance that will
persist for months/years.

Of course I won't actually be using it that whole time, it'll be
almost entirely idle.

I find this helps me with debugging because I don't have to recreate
the environment whenever I need to debug something.
