I'm interested to hear from the gcc developers just how ingrained the
dependency on dblatex is.  I maintain the gappa package, which
definitely depends on dblatex and nothing else.  I could just stop
building documentation for gappa, but that doesn't seem like a great
idea for libstdc++.  A lot of packages depend on asciidoc, too, so
something has to be done there.
