Speaking for myself as an individual, I'm not convinced the current challenges-type questions are entirely useful. In my experience, they mostly serve as a way for candidates to express frustration but don't result in proactive changes. I see the first question implicitly including that question, so what if we made it more explicit: 1. Why do you want to be a member of FESCo? How do you expect to help steer the direction of Fedora?
