Fwiw, I have this problem now on my raspberry pi 3 (/boot filled with
firmware files) with a recent fc43 install.

Every 2 years or so, I seem to do a lot of fresh installs and get familiar
with the adjustments.
I used to increase /boot in the installer screen but I forgot this time.

I would be in favor of a pinned post of "power user tips" in the Fedora
discourse.
