Figured I'd bring this up on the list to save anyone else running into
this some time. A recent binutils update broke compatibility of built
solibs with lld.
Mesa was recently rebuilt in Rawhide with the bad ld, so now any package
using lld to link against mesa will fail to build. This is affecting
Chromium/CEF, and I assume other packages linking with lld are similarly
broken.
