Mesa was recently rebuilt in Rawhide with the bad ld, so now any package using lld to link against mesa will fail to build. This is affecting Chromium/CEF, and I assume
other packages linking with lld are similarly broken.

I am aware of this problem. The change comes about because of patches
applied to the development sources to fix this upstream bug report:

It is being actively discussed at the moment, and I am hoping that a
resolution will be reached soon.
In the meantime however I am due to rebase the rawhide binutils to a
new snapshot of the development sources on Monday (Nov 24). If PR 33577
has not been resolved by then, I will add a patch to the rawhide sources
that reverts the current fix and restores the old behaviour.
