It’s probably worth impact-checking this in COPR or with local mock builds 
before proceeding, as at least python-pyscipopt is definitely not yet 
compatible with SCIP 10. I’ll work up a PR for it based on a snapshot of 
upstream’s work-in-progress branch 
https://github.com/scipopt/PySCIPOpt/pull/1009, which is certainly incomplete 
but may be in a state good enough to ship in Rawhide for now.
