Per rmdepcheck, cpu-x , igt-gpu-tools , lxqt-session and xpra are all
now uninstallable. I'm CCing their maintainers. cpu-x is unmaintained
so I'll try a rebuild.
In future please remember to announce bumps to the soname, and co-
ordinate rebuilds and a sidetag update with the dependent package
maintainers.
And as usual the culprit is:
%{_libdir}/libproc2.so.*
