I don't think this can be the case - you still need to minimally
interact with src.fp.o to get packit-created PRs moving, as far as I
know ... so that would count as "activity" here.

I am not aware for packit auto-merging PRs, and if it was a feature, it
should no longer be the case because we always want a human in the
review loop.
But auto-orphaning could happen, e.g. if the *main admin* is not the one
who reviews those PRs and gets inactivity-ed because of that. But that
is the case regardless of packit activity.
