I'm confused. The hook is still there and working that I can see?

It does seem to have a fair bit of false positives (it emails when any
arch conditional changes, so things like kernel/gcc where patches or the
like change it emails), but it seems like it's working to me?

Well, as far as I can tell it's working... but of course that doesn't
say if it's of use or not. :)
