-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512 Up thru 2021 I was a Fedora packager (and upstream maintainer) for libpst. I suspect the packaging workflows have changed since then. Now that I have a bit of spare time, I would like to package passwordsafe for Fedora. The upstream project is at
https://github.com/pwsafe/pwsafe.git I have built a first try at the spec file. That and the associated rpms are available at https://www.five-ten-sg.com/mapper/blog/passwordsafe The existing Fedora pwsafe package conflicts with this one, since they both provide /usr/bin/pwsafe. I think that old package should be removed. The pwsafe ChangeLog file says it was last updated in 2005. The pwsafe.spec file says it was first packaged for Fedora in 2007, with only minor patches since then. It uses the version 2 format for the password database. Version 3 was defined and in production in early 2006. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iHMEAREKADMWIQSuFMepaSkjWnTxQ5QvqPuaKVMWwQUCafueChUcY2FybEBmaXZl LXRlbi1zZy5jb20ACgkQL6j7milTFsFOnACfXWVrroXEFh/fPW+N9fYxOtYZvawA n32J2w+1lv+4lC0m+7L/1jip68vI =+ZfO -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected] Do not reply to spam, report it: https://forge.fedoraproject.org/infra/tickets/issues/new
