I was made aware that torsocks doesn't have the rebuilts in F44 & F45:

That indeed slipped my attention, since the distro rebuilds are usually
not something that I really pay attention to, since as long as the
package successfully builds from source it is usually just getting the bump.
It just looks like the rebuilds never got tagged into the release, also
the koji rebuild started by releng is now deleted:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2917612
Since nothing really changed are the there certain criterias for
packages that make it that rebuilds by releng won't make it into the
release?
