Do you have logs from the failed build?
For some yes, for some packages the logs have been already pruned.
You can check
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/mochaa/protobuf/builds/
or
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/msuchy/protobuf/builds/
and see if the logs are still there.
If the logs are already deleted then you can create new project in your namespace. Select rawhide chroots and in
Settings->External repositories put:
copr://mochaa/protobuf
and build your package in this new project. It will load the new protobuf from
mochaa/protobuf
