Also, for what it's worth, these changes have all been proposed to their
maintainers for days if not weeks at this point. This message is mostly a
courtesy to let people know that they are running out of time to object to
the proposed changes. We're mostly assuming "silence == consent" when it
comes to keeping their packages building against OpenSSL 4. The work has
largely been done for them.
