Just curious - one of my affected packages, perl-IO-Async-SSL, was
"Rebuilt for openssl 4.0" despite being a noarch package, and the
SSL-related dependency (perl-IO-Socket-SSL) also being noarch. It
doesn't really hurt, but it's some needless churn.
