Just curious - one of my affected packages, perl-IO-Async-SSL, was

SSL-related dependency (perl-IO-Socket-SSL) also being noarch. It
doesn't really hurt, but it's some needless churn.

The list of packages was determined by mass-prebuild. This package has a BuildRequires: /usr/bin/openssl, which was enough to trigger its inclusion.
