The issue was with the web interface, for some reason it did not pick up the latest builds and I didn't think to suggest the fedpkg command. Looking at the time stamps of the different files, e.g. for the f44 x86_64 update, the package was built on 2026-06-12 08:26, but the signed package appeared on 2026-06-15 16:06. Could that be the reason why bodhi did not find the build?
