tl;dr
Please share the specific tips or the links to your favorite How-To's
for the style of effective communication on the mailing list and outside
of it.

We have a number of discussions going on about the effective
collaboration. And while I was participating in them, I've realized that
I am not aware of any existing style guide which I can reference for
"what good conversation should look like".
We have the Code of Conduct, but it is not the _Style_ Guide or
Netiquette. And I remember distinctly that years ago I was reading
things like "How to ask questions". Which would have tips like "Don't
ask to ask, just ask".
But I no longer can find the links.
I was searching last week and the examples I have found are

But there should be more.
Do you have links to some good ones? Or do you want to share your own

P.S.: Please refrain from going deep into an argument about a specific
tip or rule (tabs vs spaces, etc). Some feedback is ok, but the current
goal is to _collect_, not to make any decisions what is right, and what
is not.
