Except in the summer (which is pretty much all the time) in most of
Arizona (or Hawaii) where you're on American Daylight Spending Time
and the rest of the country has to drive ~1000 miles east to catch up
(which is why Hawaii's on the list - at least until they finish
building I10 west of LA).
