I'll check your schematics, but before we go further, we discussed on IRC 
(after you went away unfortunately) to use the FT2232H chip instead of the 
FT2232D. The FT2232H runs at up to 30MBps (10x the FT2232D), which can enable 
very fast configuration of the FPGA. What do you think?

By the way, what are your plans for manufacturing this cable?
