Yes, I found the chip when I download FT2232D's datasheet. I love speed,
next version I'll change to FT2232H.

I haven't think about it now, it's simple board, I can make it in local
factory or do you prefer to make it like Milkymist?

Also, do we need a box? like Turtelizer 2?

I think we need some efforts on the JTAG software too, most of the JTAG
cable support CPU debug not FPGA download.
