Hi,

There is a PCB problem with USB: we lack the 15K pull down resistors on D+ and
D- that hosts must have. Without them, the signals pick up a lot of noise and
USB cannot work.

The board can be easily reworked to add those resistors by soldering them on
top of the 0402 ESD protection devices V1-V4.

After this modification, the basic transceiver functionality seems to work.
The current FPGA design correctly detects when full and low speed devices are
plugged and unplugged. Actual communication isn't implemented yet.

This problem is reported like the others on the wiki:

PS: The optoisolator samples from Vishay (for MIDI) aren't coming so I have
ordered some from Farnell. I should have them on Monday.
