Hi Karl,

Regarding the dual band routers supported by OpenWRT this summer I
bought a TP-LINK TL-WDR3600 for personal use and I'm quite happy with
it.

It's a Gigabit Ethernet + dual band wireless router. Supports
Dual-Stream (2x2) on the 2.4 Ghz Band using an Atheros AR9340 2.4GHz
802.11bgn radio and Dual-Stream (2x2) on the 5 Ghz Band using an
Atheros AR9340 2.4GHz 802.11bgn radio. It also has two USB ports so
you can add extra USB devices if necessary.

You can find more info here: http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wdr3600

Cheers,

jlo
