If we update the parser in some way so that the devid appears to be valid, the import will still fail when it compares the actual devid with the vdev label. It appears that the only way that we can import pools from ZoL which have a devid set is to import by path and ignore the devid check - which behaves exactly as it did before ZoL started populating the devid. (or recommend to people that they always `export ZFS_VDEV_DEVID_OPT_OUT=YES` on linux).
