Interesting skew towards the bottom end of the scoring. Perhaps we're much
happier to make definitive 'this place is ugly' judgements, but less happy
about making definitive 'this place is beautiful' judgements. Conclusion:
when a place is a dump, we can't envisage it being much worse, but if it's
pretty, we can always imagine somewhere *more* beautiful.

Or perhaps, for ugly places, it doesn't matter too much how great the photo
is, but for pretty places, you need both be of a scenic place and be a good
quality photo before people rank it highly.
