That's a use case; I'm not so keen on anything nonpartisan, but them's the 
rules. I'm more of a nonspecific partisan, or a partisan who doesn't have a 
party yet.

Yes. Another one: after a G20-like event, volunteers take statements from 
those affected and log them in a database. 

Lobbying; alert the mob, passing talking points with the alert, and melt the 
Commons switchboard. 

Registration: call this number to join now! and we'll put you in touch with 
someone from your nearest organising team.

Location- or criterion-based voice messaging; distribute a message to 
activists interested in a given subject or in a given area. (They could self-
initiate, too - call in to message your local group or your specific interest 
group).

There are quite a lot of things you can do with an instant, extensible, 
contextual call centre.
