Indeed - although there's plenty of redacted data that obviously isn't
personal (which is why the DPA is being abused as an excuse) it is
true that some of the data would be personal (within the meaning of
the DPA) but that does not mean it cannot be released it merely means
the question of release is a more complicated one.
