The trail of phonecalls started with the Telegraph journo, who said it came from the DCSF press office. Then the DCSF press office said it didn't come from them, but an agency called South West News. I've phoned them, and they currently have a power cut, so they can't find anything out yet!
Anyway, in the short term, panic not, we don't know anything about this so-called post, and even if we did we're not exactly in the habit of handing over private data.
