What a despicable leaflet. Hooray for > The Straight Choice! Yes, it is completely (and clearly deliberately) non-obvious that the front is about the Parliament, the back about the local council. You'll have to be *really* aggressive when reporting it to the police / electoral commission / whoever about making that headline clear, or else people you are reporting it to will skim it and assume you are complaining about them saying "given up" for the Parliamentary seat.
