Sounds like an interesting little project, after seeing SeeClickFix in the US (http://www.seeclickfix.com/) it did make me think that there's an opportunity for Fixmystreet to be taken to the next level. Happy to collaborate on a mobile app - I definitely think HTML5 is the way forward if poss. As you might have seen, I've recently build a mobile app for FMS, so could perhaps use this code as a base?
