Absolutely, I've had a long and detailed history of theyworkforyou
(and publicwhip) from Francis I. Though its easier with public rather
than private bodies because political pressure works much better
(bailii is a private enterprise - if this was just a matter of
scraping public data, I'm sure we would have done it). If anyone
wanted to do this without permission, I wouldn't make any effort to
stop them but I can't encourage or be involved myself (because being
unable ever to practice my profession again would be quite a serious
consequence for me).

Anyway, let me see what I can achieve the legal route.
