Here's another example. Lords are getting expenses for turning up. They won't release the logs of when they clock in. The reason in reality is that they are claiming for more days than they log in, or there is a massive security hole in access to parliament where people are gaining access without any id or passes.
I asked for the logs three months in arrears, and further summarised into the number of days in each calendar month. So no security issue about knowing that they always turned up on a Friday (for a subsidised lunch etc). There are still major issues about getting the data, because they don't want you to have it.
