For clarity, this looks like a cluster-glue stonith agent, not a fence-agents python-based agent. (Sometimes the cluster-glue stonith agents are referred to as "legacy" agents, but they are still in use on SUSE-based systems at least, and are actively developed and maintained). It might be more appropriate to submit it for cluster-glue. It is maintained in a mercurial repository here: http://hg.linux-ha.org/glue Submissions can be sent as a patch, either to this mailing list or to the linux-ha-...@linux-ha.org mailing list.
