While I am very much in favour of making it essayer for companies to
contribute code
I don't think it was the time to cast a vote. The first step should be
to create a project.  define standards. defined how dependencies will
be Handeld, define if a project may use the bugtracker , where
communication about the project is to be taken place and how vendors
can create distributions containing there code.
