Why? A whole new module, for just a few scripts? Why not move build.xml
and build.properties into the root?
I think the last release already contained a 'scripts' directory in its root,
and it seems a nice idea to me to mirror this in the CVS structure.
I think this was a few releases ago :) MMBase-1.5.x has the build.xml
and build.properties in the root.
I don't know what the original ratio was for placing the scripts in
src/org/mmbase/scripts but it now seems to be relatively strange.
