As mentioned by Rob V., version and maintainer have to be included in the
reference to the required application. Perhaps the version can optionally be omitted to mean the latest version
available.
Well, we could add that, but what would be behavior if the version or maintainer is incorrect? Do we fail the installation? And do we need to make maintainer mandatory? Ifw e require een version 1, is a version 2 ok or not?
I don't mind adding these attributes to the dtd, but afaik there is no real version management for builders or applications. With which I mean that version/maintainer of the needebuidlerlist is not checked either (IIRC).
Maybe we should add actual checking on a later stage, when we have clearly defined what we want to do when things don't match - and if these attributes are actually required or not.
