If it would be removed from object.xml,it will be turned off by default.

ps:
   Yesterday i tried to get the oracle with views running but i got a 
real error, can this be confirmed? (i cant get the stuff running :( and 
i really want to get the oracle with storage running)
   (bug #6198,  and i dont know what there should happen in an correct 
working system :p )
