[MMBase-1.7.0] Status update

Hello,

The freeze will be postponed until next monday, because some changes 
have to be made and a few features have to be added before the freeze. 
This will be done during the weekend.

I've added a todo-1.7.0.txt to cvs (documentation/release). This 
document will contain all todo's before the next release, but isn't 
complete yet. So, please add more todos. Also it contains a list of 
organizations and people who are willing to test before the next 
release. Add your name if you're willing to help.
