"We" have decided to use jndi for mail and jdbc database connections, I think this is just a bad choice -mmbase won't work out of the box any more -mmbase won't run standalone anymore -when running mutiple mmbases in one server instance you need to configure multiple jndi datasources with different names. the result is that you need to configur your datasource on multiple places so what's causing the problem is the jndi (a problem we have created)
