problems with installing mmbase demo

To all my fellow developers,     I have recently downloaded MMBase and installed it on a Windows 2000 server under Tomcat 4.1. I can get MMBase to start up in my webbrowser, but when I try to install a demo I get the following error message:   Error: org.apache.xml.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: The output format must have a '{http://xml.apache.org/xalan}content-handler' property!   And I don’t really know where to start looking. When I look at the Tomcat logfiles only stdout has anything about MMBase. I could see there that the mmbase.outputfile is null, but I can’t seem to find the place where this property is set.   Is this a known problem? I couldn’t find it in the bugtracker on the MMBase site.
