When switching between 'steps' the position should be saved. If e.g. the
second step is a very long one, and you scrolled nearly to the bottom, then
you could go to step 1 and back, and still be scrolled nearly to the bottom.

That's how it used to work, IIRC. It was not quit right and that caused
#6138, which I once fixed by resetting scroll-positions when on enter of a
wizard, or so.

It is in any case not a show-stopper. I consider it nearly a bug (though
perhaps low), because other things, like titles and descriptions can be
specified in more languages, so it is inconsequent that this cannot be.

I don't understand why it would be a dirty hack something similar to the
xml:lang attributes on title-tags can be supported, isn't it?
