This is also my experience: the editwizards are user friendly at an
acceptable level if you add things as:

1. one-click editing or a structure that reflects the site-navigation
and gives direct access to the editwizards that are relevant, (in short:
wizards := site; )

2. make wizards that are designed for specific tasks (in short: wizards
:= part of the cloud which is relevant for that task; ).

I think this really depends on how you use the wizards. In most cases I
do not tell the end users what the cloud look like and they seem quite
happy when using the editwizards. Except for the "Don't panic" messages
;-)
