In my test-cases (tomcat 5) mm:include is now actually working better than
jsp:include, because you can also mm:include XML files now (and the needed
encoding is actually read from the first line!) This is not done by
jsp:include.
If the testcase is clear, I can test it here, when the next deployment has
been rolled out.
