Bug; #6385 Issue: preCommit is not called on insert
I checked this, the old support classes do, indeed, not call preCommit() on insert.
The new storage classes do, though.
The old-old classes did, our informix version did, the storage classes didn't for a while until I mentioned it. The scan-editors called it directly as well.
