Hi Anil
My experience from v. 2.5 is that only one instance of the COM Connector is alive on the machine, hence pointing at one application only. Therefore, I don't see any other possibility than to setup one webapp per. machine.
However, I don't know if it is possible to create a hack in order to create multiple applications running on the same COM instance, neither do I know whether there's a fix to this problem in V3.0, but I seriously doubt it.

Hi,

You can setup which Axapta configuration file the COM connector should
use. (path: Administration\Setup\Internet\Web Sites\Setup-tab page)

Subject: [development-axapta] Setting up multiple portal on single
machine

Hi all.. We have trouble about setting up multiple portals on a single
machine. We have two seperate applications, so that two seperate
configurations.

One configuration is run normally, but when we start another web
application, it causes en error message :

AxaptaCOMConnector.Axapta.1 (0x80041004)
Axapta Business Connector is connected to another MBS Axapta System.
So that you can not logon to specified system.

How can i solve this problem?? This is very important..

Thanks
