+1 from me too. Topi was instrumental in getting the Welcome Screen up and running with examples. Topi becoming an approver will only benefit the Qt Project.
He is also helpful with documentation issues in the JIRA and IRC. Anyone who has been working in those two years probably deserves to be an approver with the current rules, without having to resort to the old grandfathering.
